Not at all. I coach first-time 5K runners and Boston qualifiers with the same approach – start from where you are and build from there. The goal sets the work, not your current pace.

Your plan lives in Final Surge, where you’ll see every workout, log your runs, and message me directly. It syncs with Strava and Garmin so your data flows in automatically.

Yes. I’m Dallas-based and love working with local athletes, but 1:1 coaching runs entirely through Final Surge – so wherever you are, the coaching works the same.

Performance Redefined is structured group training through Fleet Feet DFW – great community, shared plan. 1:1 is a plan written for you alone, adjusted weekly around your specific life and goals.
