From new to experienced, I help all athletes at all experience levels. I use a structured approach to design a plan based on your feedback from our initial consultation.

I believe a training plan should not only fit your abilities and goals, but it should also fit your lifestyle. Everyone has different backgrounds, obligations, and other hobbies. Your training plan should be designed for YOU!

Balancing your training and running ambitions with your personal life (career, family, etc.) is a challenge in itself. As a full-time corporate professional, I understand this very well. I am here to help guide you and adapt your training through life's unexpected turns.

Whether you reside in the Dallas area or live elsewhere, my coaching services are open to everyone!

Services & Pricing

I offer two types of personalized coaching services: 1) Monthly coaching and 2) Custom training plan

I provide up-front pricing and a detailed outline of my services. I believe in full transparency so there are no surprises when you are ready to set up an initial consultation.

Additionally, pricing should be affordable for any budget! If you have concerns over pricing, I am willing to work with you to find payment options that meet your budget.

Monthly Coaching

$40 per month

  • Initial consultation (e.g., phone call, FaceTime, Zoom, etc.) to discuss running history, background, and goals
  • Individualized weekly training plan shared in an easy-to-read single-page PDF 
  • Training paces and workouts structured to fit your running goals and lifestyle
  • Notes to understand each session and help expand your running knowledge
  • Monitoring of progress on Strava  
  • Unlimited contact via text and email. A monthly phone check-in is also included
  • Pre-race consultation for race day tips and pacing strategy

Custom Plan

$50-$125* one time payment

  • Initial consultation (e.g., phone call, FaceTime, Zoom, etc.) to discuss running history, background, and goals
  • Full training plan (up to 18 weeks) custom-built for your goal race and goal time
  • A multi-page PDF, which includes a full training schedule, pacing charts, weekly notes, and other pages to help guide your training  
  • A follow-up consultation to incorporate one round of revisions before a final version is delivered
  • This option is ideal for more experienced athletes who want more guidance without committing to monthly coaching
  • *Additional cost for supplemental pages (e.g. race day tips, race strategy & pacing, etc.)
