STEP 02

Book directly through Calendly. Pick the slot that works and you’re set.

STEP 03

We Talk

Come with your questions and your data. We’ll get into the real stuff fast.

STEP 04

You Keep It

A recap, a plan, or clear next steps land in your inbox. Pay after via Venmo or Zelle.

03 · Why a Consultation

Sometimes you don’t need a coach. You need an answer.

A consultation is a standalone, deeper service – not a sales pitch for coaching. Bring a stalled training block, a goal you’re not sure is realistic, a race plan you want pressure-tested, or a form issue that keeps nagging you. One session, real expertise, and you walk away with something useful whether or not we ever work together again.

The optional plan covers up to 18 weeks for a marathon build – a complete, periodized plan you keep. It’s not ongoing coaching, but it’s a real plan, not a generic template.
