Performance Redefined runs through Fleet Feet DFW in Dallas. Reach out and I’ll walk you through the current schedule and meet-up spots for the cycle you’re interested in.
Totally normal. Your plan lives in Final Surge, so you can run any workout on your own schedule and still get the structure. The group runs are a bonus, not a requirement.
No. Plenty of members train for fitness, consistency, or the community. If you do have a race on the calendar, even better – the plan builds toward it.
